About: Rhaeviona Bryant –
Founder of Early Educators United, Inc.
In 2025, Rhaeviona Bryant started Early Educators United, Inc. out of her own life experiences as an early educator, an advocate, and a mother. She knows firsthand the joys and challenges of working in childcare, as well as how often educators pour their hearts into others while receiving little support themselves.
Wanting to change that, Rhaeviona created Early Educators United as a safe and welcoming space where childcare workers can find wellness support, opportunities to grow, and a community that truly values them. Her belief is simple: when educators are cared for, children and families flourish.
Today, her passion continues to guide the organization’s work — uplifting those who shape tomorrow and making sure every early educator feels seen, supported, and equipped to succeed.
