Purpose:
To ensure the voices of early educators are heard and represented in decisions that shape the future of early childhood education.
Overview:
Early Educators United empowers educators to speak up, get involved, and influence policies that impact their classrooms, families, and communities. Through community forums, leadership development, and collaborations with local and state partners, we help educators understand their rights, access resources, and take part in meaningful change.
Activities include:
Hosting quarterly Community Conversations and Policy Roundtables
Providing advocacy training and leadership toolkits for educators
Collaborating with agencies and lawmakers to strengthen workforce support
Sharing educational resources about early childhood legislation and funding opportunities
Impact statement:
When educators are informed and united, their collective voice can shape a stronger, more equitable early education system for all.
Train 150 Early Childhood Educators
through professional development workshops focused on classroom management, leadership, and inclusive practices.
Launch the Educator Wellness Initiative
providing self-care resources, mental health support circles, and monthly “Wellness Wednesdays” to promote educator resilience and balance.
Expand Advocacy & Policy Awareness
by hosting quarterly community forums and collaborating with local agencies to strengthen support for the early education workforce.
Build 10 New Partnerships
with schools, childcare centers, and community organizations to expand access to training and mentorship opportunities for educators.
